Daily Functions is the default Page and has six large button. Click on a large button to open the function.

Company Name Button
The top left of the Command Centre shows the current UniRes Company. This is also a "soft" button used to show imformation
about your locense and Activation Buttor for renering your license

UniRes Version Number
The top right of the Command Centre shows the UniRes Version number. This is the version number of compiled main.exe executable program which is the actual UniRes software file you have installed on your computer. You may be required to quote this version number when you contact UniRes Support. The main UniRes program file is unires.exe (which in turn calls main.exe) and is usually in the c:\unires folder.
Multi-User Unires Users ..
If your are using a multi-user UniRes system, you will see an additional Icon at the top right of the Command Centre.
The number of users currently running UniRes on your network is shown if the UniRes Password system is turned on. UniRes uses it's password system to keep track of users.
The small face Icon is a button. Click on the button to see a list of users currently logged on to UniRes.
The flashing line under the "face" icon indicates that the computer is waiting for your selection.
Note: There are some administrator functions in UniRes which require all other users to be logged off. Use the User Count to see if anyone is still using UniRes before a system admin function is performed.
Command Centre Automatic Functions
Recurring Sales Timer (Rent Roll Timer)
If you set up recurring sales (standing charges journal), the Command Centre will scan for recurring sales that are due for processing. A Reminder Message will show on the command centre when recurring sales are due.
To process Recurring Sales, click on the small arrow to the right of the reminder message.
Reminder Notes Timer
UniRes has a Reminder Notes feature. The reminder notes file is scanned every 3 minutes for reminders that are due. If Due reminders are found, "Attention: Reminder Notes Found" is displayed on the Command Centre.
Flashing On/Off
If you do not want the Alert Messages to flash on and off, the messages can be set to just appear in the screen (No Flashing). Select from the Menu Bar at the top of the Command Centre - File Maintenance - System Settings -- Company Settings -and place a tick in the box called " Don't Flash Reminder in Command". You will need to leave and return to the Command Centre for the new setting to take effect.
Menu Bar
A Menu Bar at the Top of the Command Centre Screen allows access to more programs and Utility Programs. It is best to use the Menu Bar when you have the Command Centre Displayed. If a Menu Bar item is "greyed out", it is unavailable at the present time or program you are using.
Not all Menu Bar functions are available from UniRes secondary workstations as certain programs should only be used from the primary UniRes computer (Main Computer in a Multi-User environment.).
