Show Field Codes
When fields are inserted into you letter, the Field Codes are visible, but when you use the navigation buttons on the lower part of the screen to see what the substituted text will look like the field codes are replace by the database field contents.
Also when you open a template document, the field codes may disappear and the substituted database field will be shown.
Click on Show Field Codes to reveal the field code.
Show Field Contents
This is the opposite to Show Field Codes and will hide the field codes and display database field contents instead.
Field Printout
This is a handy feature. It prints a list of all valid insertable field codes for your reference.
Table Grid Lines
This just turns on and off the Grid lines in an inserted Table.
