Group Bookings can be linked to a Control Account at the time of booking or while in the charges window for the Group Leader.

When you make a Group Booking (The same as an Account Booking), one of the first things the computer asks is for you to select a Control Account for the Group. A single booking is NOT normally linked to a control account, but can be.

Changing the Group Booking Control Account Link

Changing the Group Leader Control Account Link will change all the Control Account Links for all the Group Booking Sites belonging to the group.
