Permanent Residents

If someone books a site for Long Term Hire, it is best to book the site for at least a few years to prevent a double booking some time in the future.

Power Meters

Caravan Parks may have just a vacant site with a power head unit. Others may have power meters installed for each powered site.

Water Meters

Some parks may charge for water consumption and have water meters.

When booking a site for a new permanent or long term resident, there are a few more steps to consider when booking the site.

1. Rental Bonds, Security Bonds or Key Deposits may need to be charges and receipted/

2. Initial Power Meter and/or Water Meter readings need to be taken before the tenant moves in.

3. Weekly/Fortnightly rent needs to be defined for the tenant.
