Select File Maintenance – Utilities – Post Code Finder

The Bookings/Charges Program Window

Click on the PC Find button next to the Suburb field.

Suburb Entry

•Start typing a Suburb name. The input will display matching names as you type.

•When you see the suburb name appear, stop typing and press Enter.

•All similar suburb names are displayed with their post codes.

•Use your keyboard arrow keys to select the correct Suburb – Post Code match.{bmc 19.bmp}

If you use the Post Code finder from the Booking window, you will also be asked if you want to paste the suburb and post code into your booking details.

Post Code

Displays the found post code.
