U n i C e m  - Features

 

We start UniCem using a Company Selection List. Each company can maintain data autonomously for any number of records and maps for multiple cemeteries.

Upon startup, UniCem checks the UniCem WEB site for the availability of program updates.

The Main Page is called the Command Centre. This is where you can access daily tasks.

Map Section

  • A Two teared TABBED page system for Jobs and Maps, and an Administration Page for less frequently used tasks.
  • A Cemetery List for fast navigation to the chosen cemetery menu page.
  • Search Button to launch the search program.
  • Map Button for quick access to your Main Map Page.
  • Applicants/Deceased Button to add records to the deceased database.

Financial Section

  • Accounts Button. Starts the Accounts Manager program where you can add/edit delete accounts and accessall of the accounts program featured in one screen.
  • Reporting. Starts the Reports Manager program - Select from a preset list of available reports or create your own reports using existing reports as the basis of a new report.
  • Report Favourites. Fast Access to your Favourite reports.
  • Payments: Fast Access to the payments screen where you can allocate a payment to a client account and produce a receipt.
