Payments Screen (Final Charges)
Activated in the Charges screen, this screen accepts split payments (Cash component and/or Card types, travellers or normal cheque).
Cash Out field for addition EftPOS Cash from the users account is added to their balance. EftPOS terminals are not linked to UniRes for additional flexibility with payments.
Receipts can be emailed to any recipient (internet connection required).
UniRes can be configured to print a form letter at the same time as the receipt if required.
Key deposit payments are automatically excluded from the cash receipting system for added simplicity. This makes it possible to keep key deposit monies separate from your takings.
Printing of receipts can be suppressed and a special receipt printer form comes standard with UniRes.
Accrue Charges
Optionally accept no payments and all charges will be stored on the account for later payment.
